What happens during the Virtual Canine Resilience Assessment?

Accepted Answer

A 45-minute Zoom or phone session with Lorrie Harris covering your dog's behavior, your handling patterns, and what you've already tried. You'll receive a written Canine Resilience Assessment Report within 24 hours.

Do I need to submit a video before my session?

Accepted Answer

Optional but recommended. Email a 2–3 minute leash-handling video to Lorrie@CoachingCanineCompanions.com at least 24 hours before your session. A live Zoom walk can be arranged instead.

What is the Canine Resilience Method?

Accepted Answer

A nervous system-first approach to dog behavior. It stabilizes the autonomic nervous system driving the behavior — in both dog and handler — using polyvagal theory, HRV co-regulation, and behavioral neuroscience.

Is this assessment available online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The assessment is available via Zoom or phone nationwide. In-person sessions are based in North Kingstown, Rhode Island.
