When I stopped trying to fix it

I’m noticing how often I used to step in too late.
Not because I didn’t care—but because I was waiting for something obvious to happen.
Now I’m starting to see the smaller shifts:
The pause before movement
The change in breath
The moment attention narrows
And I’m realizing…
The behavior isn’t the beginning.
It’s the result.
Still learning how to trust that what I notice early actually matters.
